When you use our contact form, we collect the contact details and message you submit, including your name, email address and phone number. The form may also record your text-message consent choice. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.​

The form includes an optional checkbox for non-marketing text messages from Escala Growth Partners. Checking it is not required to submit the form, and submitting the form is not consent to marketing messages. The wording next to the checkbox explains message frequency, rates and how to opt out.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through our contact form.

Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, Wix and its service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. This information helps operate and secure the site, maintain its stability, understand site traffic, measure performance, and diagnose errors. Because our contact form loads from GoHighLevel, GoHighLevel also receives basic technical information, such as your IP address, when the form loads.

Who handles your information
Our website is hosted on Wix. Our embedded contact form is provided through GoHighLevel, where information submitted through the form is processed and stored in our business account. Contact-form submissions made through our earlier Wix form remain stored in our Wix account. Jon and Mariana handle business inquiries. Messages sent directly to hello@escalagrowthpartners.com are forwarded to both of them.

We use service providers to support website hosting, form handling, customer relationship management, site analytics, error monitoring, and email. Information is processed through these services as part of operating our website and responding to inquiries.

Former business assessment
Our online business assessment has been retired. If you previously submitted an assessment, the information you provided could include contact details, business information such as an optional revenue range, and results derived from your answers. The assessment was configured to transmit submitted information through Make, an automation service, for an email notification to Escala.

Retiring the assessment does not itself delete previously collected information. You can contact us with questions or requests about information you previously submitted.

Keeping your information
At least once a year, we review inquiry records and delete inactive inquiries that have had no meaningful contact for at least 24 months, unless the records are needed for an active client relationship, a dispute, or a legal recordkeeping requirement.

You can also contact us to ask about information we hold or request its deletion.

Questions and requests
Email hello@escalagrowthpartners.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Jon Bryan is responsible for handling these requests. This email address is a shared business inbox received by Jon and Mariana.

We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
